Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

I use Litmus with every email my team sends out to ensure the emails render properly on all email services. Litmus makes it easy to edit email code and fix issues to make sure all customers get the same great experience with our emails. Prior to using Litmus, we had to send sample emails to different platforms and then have other team members send screenshots to show how the email rendered in their inbox, so this product has saved us a LOT of time.

Pros

  • The code editor is fantastic and easy to use
  • It is very quick and simple to view how your email renders on different services
  • Litmus is very intuitive to use

Cons

  • Honestly I have no complaints
  • We have saved a lot of time using Litmus
  • The email review process has been shortened greatly
  • We have used the Litmus tracking abilities in Marketo to see which email services our customers use most and that has helped us know which services to optimize
Truthfully we haven't used this feature to its full capabilities, but are interested in trying this out in the future.
Unfortunately, we have not used the performance metrics as much as we should be in Litmus, and still use Marketo to look at our metrics.
We have not used them at this time but are considering using them in the future.
We have not tested others.

Litmus is best suited for our team as a tool to test our emails to make sure they render the same across all email services. We use this with every email we send out to make sure all of our customers have a great experience with our emails. It has saved us so much time and improved our emails greatly.
