Great for email monitoring

My team uses Litmus to test how emails look in customers inboxes. This solves the problem of how our emails render, how colors show up and change in light versus dark mode. We also use Litmus to track certain kpis like how long a user spends in an email and what kind of device they are viewing in

Getting insight on how emails are performing has helped us build better strategy. Knowing how long someone spends in our emails allows us to move content around so the important links and information are seen first. Device insight also helps us in building out our mobile strategy and better campaigns.
