Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
My team uses Litmus to proof our emails prior to launch. We appreciate being able to review the numerous platform and device combinations in addition to accessibility checks. They platform needs a little work with it's integration to Marketo, which I believe are in the works. The two major integration issues are the links are not given enough time to render from the Marketo link to its actual address, and the report tagging variable is not ideal forcing the creation of unique tags per email in a campaign series. Our account reps have been stellar and are readily available to address questions and new ideas.

We were able to leverage Litmus within days of signing up. There was no need to switch marketing automation platforms to leverage the available features of Litmus.
The ability to more accurately assess email opens, user platforms and devices, has helped drive optimization of our marketing strategy. We have seen the use of dark mode among our subscribers grow, and subsequently begun updates to our standard email template to accommodate.
The ability to share proofs with the broader marketing team for review in on location has streamlined our proofing process. We are also able to review for platform and device variations without the need of manually sending proofs to those with this combinations. However, we have chosen to house all of our comments and markups within Wrike, our project management platform.
