Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

Within my organization, we utilize Litmus to share email previews with stakeholders and allow them to make comments or request edits before the email moves into its final production phase. We share the email with leadership, the Copy and Design teams, and any other relevant stakeholders in order to ensure a thorough QA process, have no errors, etc.

Pros

  • The "Proof" tab is where my team and I consistently live
  • It is incredibly intuitive and easy to leave and resolve comments
  • The Home page recently got an upgrade, which is incredible in order to see all things at-a-glance.

Cons

  • I would love to be able to resend a proof and have it refresh the last proof instead of having two line items of the same email, just with small edits made
  • Time saved not needing to manually test emails
  • Shorter email review cycles
  • Deeper visibility into email design/copy/etc
This visibility has shortened the overall process of email approvals, which allows our stakeholders to spend their time doing things that are more valuable than constantly going back and forth.

I really do love using Litmus at our organization. It is one of the easier tools/softwares we use that all teams are able to work within seamlessly. This tool also gives our organization the peace of mind that all emails launched are flawless and in alignment with what we had originally agreed upon for our campaigns.
