Litmus saves time with email reviews
Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use Litmus to review emails for display and accessibility performance across multiple devices and ESPs all in one location. We also use it for tracking general analytics for our email sends to learn valuable insights about our audiences on how they're viewing our emails and on what kind of platform. Litmus makes it fairly easy for us to ensure we're sending the best emails that we can.
Pros
- displaying different devices, ESPs, and dark mode
- Monitoring services for when a link gets broken
- providing additional tools and options for ways to enhance our emails
Cons
- It takes a while to load previews
- Ability to organize and tag things in the platform is a cumbersome process
- time saved not needing to manually test emails across multiple devices
- cost saves by not having to have all those devices on hand
Only done it once on a testing basis. It seemed like a valuable resource, so I plan to use it again when the opportunity comes up again.
It has confirmed that we need to ensure all our emails look good in dark mode. We also now know how many of our users could be affected by Apple's new mail privacy updates they have been and continue to roll out, and it's making us think outside the box on how we can ensure our emails are still properly delivered to those clients.
Have looked into, but have not utilized them yet. Will likely use the countdown before the end of the year. Excited to see how users receive it.
