Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use Litmus for a variety of features such as testing, preview proofing, personalization, monitoring emails for automated journeys, and much more. Their support is wonderful and the constant updates on their features allows us to utilize even more options for optimization. We have started not only to optimize our internal processes by utilizing their proofing and review features but have also made customer engagement better by providing personalized and interactive experienced.

Cons
- Personalization features are great but may be better when it comes to generating gifs in email. Gifs are not really like video gifs but more of a slideshow
- Personalized video content option would be wonderful to have

It has streamlined our processes and made tracking of required changes easy. We can update existing versions, make changes and repeat the process. You can also track the history of requests. It has made it also easy to share with upper management, especially when campaign is associated with multiple emails.
The ability to conduct pre-send testing ensures deliverability and accessibility across different email clients, reducing the risk of rendering issues and improving overall engagement. By integrating these insights into our broader marketing efforts, we’ve been able to align email with other digital channels, optimize segmentation strategies, and enhance customer journey mapping—ultimately driving higher conversions and customer retention.
We have used multiple personalization features. From scratch off in our event campaign to polling through the sentiment tracking to email content rating. We have been able to engage with our audience better, receive more answers about our events, and even have a better understanding of whether recipients like the content in the email we've sent.
