- Engagement data lends qualitative insight and depth to send data
- Continued expansion of personalized content inclusions improve user engagement
We've benefited tremendously from pretesting any of our sends before moving them into our ESP for test sending. Though it doesn't cover every issue, on average, inbox sim testing prior to conducting actual live pretesting tends to eliminate the vast majority of formatting issues and errors across our user's email clients. For that point alone, it's life saver for any organization that builds custom sends externally from their ESP.
CTR, opens and conversion data is paramount to any organization utilizing inbound marketing, but user engagement is really the secret sauce to the any data gathered through your ESP. With user privacy standards, it can be difficult to gather where and how long users are interacting with your sends, but Litmus classifies that data to give your organization a better sense of the impact beyond the top-line data.
We've used sentiment trackers in limited circumstances, primarily because we haven't had as much of an opportunity to use them based on the limitations of our campaign channels. We are currently planning to expand into specific user engagement campaigns in the near future.
