Litmus is great.

We use Litmus for a variety of uses. We use it to verify our emails, we use it to house templates and snippets for some of our emails, and we use Litmus Personalization and Litmus Pro to enhance our emails with custom personalization.

We have been able to "sell" different features our business partners to increase engagement.

We have used a variety of personalization features. We most recently were able to create a complete user experience for our live poll. With the addition of more complex code, we were able to use the poll not only in our email but also on a landing page, where we highlighted the poll answer and provided additional information about it. We were then able to direct them to the article we wanted them to read. This allowed us to create a seamless user experience without having to switch between the email and the URL. It increased our engagement from the last Litmus poll we included in an email.
