Overall Satisfaction with Litmus from Validity
I use Litmus to test our emails to see how they perform across various platforms and identify issues with accessibility and links. This allows us to test emails without having to send to personal emails or create test email addresses to use.
Pros
- It is simple and easy to send test emails to Litmus.
- It is easy to learn and teach the basics of Litmus.
- The Q and A functionality is intuitive to navigate.
Cons
- For a few of the accessibility issues when they are identified, it can be hard to tell what it means by the issue.
- The biggest impact has been saved time on not having to do manual email sending and testing.
- It also has helped saved headache from sending emails with broken URLs.
I may not be fully making use of this tool, so this is something for me to explore more.
I haven't made use of this fully yet, but I am excited to.
It has helped me catch that phone call links were broken on more than one occasion.
It seems like similar functionality, but was simpler to use alongside Salesforce.
