Overall Satisfaction with Litmus from Validity

Currently, we use Litmus from Validity to test all of our emails. We have been looking into broadening our Litmus from Validity usage. I have been looking to see if there are additional features that could benefit our team.

Pros

  • easy to use interface.
  • very helpful troubleshooting articles.
  • streamlines our email testing process

Cons

  • no testing for outlook 2024
  • ability to identify coding errors
  • suggested fixes
  • time saved not needing to manually test emails
  • helps to prevent emails going out with errors
I prefer the user interface and I like that its possible to join it with Salesforce
