Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor
We currently use logic monitor for internal systems and on external client systems. We are also in the pre-planning stages of rolling this out across new clients as an advanced monitoring package.

LogicMonitor beats all other products that we have tried. The dashboards, reports, and the amount of points that can be monitored is massively out of the way of the competition.
We use it both on-prem and with Azure. We currently have one Azure customer and one onsite user that take advantage of our monitoring.
LogicMonitor has helped us identify issues and trends, letting us deal with potential problems before they happen. We may scale back other monitoring solutions in the future.
