What is LogicMonitor?

LM Envision is a SaaS-based unified observability platform that enables digital enterprises to adopt a cloud-ready operating model for meeting key business demands. LM Envision provides clarity across hybrid enterprise IT, brings diverse IT and development teams together to solve complex problems, and enables IT to innovate faster while improving operational efficiency to the critical IT services they deliver.

LM Envision aims to offer an alternative to the tool sprawl that exists in many organizations today. By leveraging a platform that enables collection, analysis, contextualization insights and exploration of observability data across traditional and modern environments, it helps IT teams to remove the blind spots that come from siloed monitoring tools. And it enables IT teams to rally around a platform that offers a “single source of truth” to quickly triage and resolve problems, leverage AIOps to spot performance trends, and shift their time and investment from operation tasks to work that drives innovation for the enterprise.

Support has been fantastic. Using their chat feature is always a quick and easy resolution. To date, we have not had to engage in a lengthy back and forth almost all of our questions are quickly answered and quickly fixed. Nothing has ever 'broken' or been 'hard down' where the product is unusable.

LogicMonitor staff feels rather like a family then an enterprise support. At least to me they are more friends than nameless and faceless empolyees.

LogicMonitor has always been very responsive and helpful in their support on the rare occasions when I have needed it. Our account includes an account manager, who has always helped ensure that we have everything we need for successful monitoring and reporting.

LogicMonitor support is hands down the best support I've ever used outside of our own company. They are so quick to answer my chat messages even after hours(like very late, and very early in the morning). I've been extremely impressed by their support. Every time I reach out I learn something new! 5-star support!!!

LogicMonitor's support teams are always accessible and responsive; this is true for both technical and non-technical customer support. However, see my earlier comment about LogicMonitor's pace of feature development and iteration: at times it seems that even the support teams might have trouble getting (and keeping) everyone up to speed.

LogicMonitor is useful for proactively monitoring infrastructure, services, and processes. It monitors through Collectors which collect data from devices without installing agents on any devices. It can be integrated with external systems to handle alerts timely. It has an easy-to-use interface and the documentation provides the required information for learning.

Their support team is very quickly available and ready to assist. They have a great training program to get you started and their engineers are very good at fixing problems for you quickly. The implementations team gives a white glove approach to rollout and makes sure you are set up and have a baseline understanding of the product before purchasing which was helpful.

Opening tickets has been consistently easy and I have always gotten quick responses. Using the support chat has been equally easy and quick. Support techs are able to access your instance and see the issues you're having. Support from our CSM has been great too. They are proactive in letting me know if I'm coming close to my licensing limit and any requests I have usually come back within a day or two.

The sales team support we received was top notch. They worked hand in hand to make sure the product met all expectations. So far we have not really had to work with support that much; we have worked with setup team after purchase to deploy product fully. No issues so far and we are four weeks in.

I believe that the community portal is very good. I have been able to find what I needed, 90% of the time. The other 10% of the time, I have placed a ticket and was able to get the issue (or configuration) resolved, with the knowledge from the technician that I was assigned.

I have meetings with LogicMonitor every other week to discuss the solution and how it's been performing for us.I bring my list of questions and goals I want to get accomplished and we work through them together.

During the initial implementation, I sent an email to our support group after hours to help get some clarity on on implementation. When I got in the following morning I already had an email response and the tech jumped into our environment and setup and example to follow.

I've been pretty pleased with the attention and prompts I've received. I have had colleagues who have had a bit more of a difficult time getting the support they desired, but no complaints from me. I will say, the documentation is pretty thorough, so I don't often have to submit support requests.
