The community boards are great, and Logic Monitor does listen to its clients. It often implements the changes that the customers recommend. Before implementing LogicMonitor, we could only view some of the computers and network devices. Beyond the tools, the customer service is also excellent. They have all been great, from sales to account management to the engineers we work with. LogicMonitor is an easy-to-use operational tracking platform. You can categorize the alerts according to different categories so that the difference between important and less important ones can easily be seen.

LogicMonitor is primarily used for monitoring our cloud devices with just a little bit of on-premise surveillance. There are both physical and virtualized devices in the data center and services sitting in the cloud. Our workers can work together without being in the same room.
As all the features are under one roof, it saves our time, and due to the automation feature, our errors have also been reduced.
