Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central

We use it across the organization to support our user base for IT support and also by our team supervisors to support their agents for training and other purposes.
  • Remote desktop access.
  • File transferring,
  • Remote manage access.
  • Remote command prompt access.
  • Sometimes the client program needs to be stopped and started again for remote desktop access.
  • From IT's perspective, its invaluable since the majority of our workforce works remotely.
Seems to be a very user-friendly product that functions well.
As stated earlier there seems to be an issue with the client service needing to be restarted on occasion before remote access. Other than this it is very accessible.
Haven't used VNC in years so at the time we went with LMI it was much more robust and accessible via the internet instead of across the VPN only.
In my experience, it is best suited for IT and other support roles.
