Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central
[It's being used for] Supporting multiple clients through remote access to their computers to perform financial and technical processes. We become their virtual bookkeeping, technical support, and financial management teams for small businesses.
Pros
- Remote access and control
- Printing locally or on remote system
Cons
- Capability to access multiple systems from an iPad at the same time
- Better ability to stay connected on weak cell signals
- Very valuable for remote access to client systems - this is our core business
- Resolving tech support issues
- BeyondTrust Remote Support (formerly Bomgar)
Both have their features that are similar, but I like LogmeIn Central better for overall ease and usability.
