Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central
We use LogMeIn to remote into any PC in our environment. It works well for the ability to be on the machine at the same time as the user when they have an issue. They are able to “show” us the problem real time when we cannot be at their desk.
- Makes managing PC's an easy task.
- Ease of use.
- They need to blend their products better. Some of the features of Rescue would be great in Central.
- The desktop app does not allow you to move computers to other containers or rename machines.
- It has made managing all of our systems much easier overall.
- TeamViewer and Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
I’ve used many different kinds of remote software. There are cheaper ones out there that do the same thing but not many do it as well and for as long as LogMeIn has. I highly recommend them. Also, I rarely if ever give 10s so take the 9s as very high marks!
