We use LogMeIn Rescue as an alternative set of remote support tools to support out customer base along with another 3rd party RMM product. LogMeIn Rescue gives us the ability to log onto customers machines in a few simple clicks at a reasonable price. The application contains a large selection of tools for every situation.

LogMeIn Rescue stands victorious when it comes to remote support of customers across the world comparing to some other products because of how well it work across multiple platforms, providing a vast of different support tools, ease of use and availability. LogMeIn Rescue works really well with User Account Control, allowing you to log onto the machines with administrator rights even if the end-user isn't an administrator by simply entering the administrator credentials during session start.
