Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue
We use it to allow remote control of some critical servers from outside our network. It removes the need to make holes in the firewall and tweak server settings. We use it to allow 3rd party vendors access. It allows us to keep our network secure with minimal effort and minimal risk.

The two products are very similar; however, the layout of LogMeIn Rescue makes it a more user-friendly application. LogMeIn Rescue was a little more complex to get working through our firewall, which tells me it is a little more secure of an application. LogMeIn Rescue has a better pay structure than TeamViewer.
