Overall Satisfaction with Looker
We have Looker in place to view all of the usage data and metrics to track our customers' usage patterns. It is a vital tool that we can use to generate alerts highlighting an urgent need to upgrade or take action on the account. It is a lifesaver for CSMs and Salespeople, as without this, we would be completely blindsided.

- Overview of the adoption.
- The platform is very slow in general.
- It's not very intuitive.
- Making dashboards on looker is a hard task.
- It highlights action needed with a customer.
- Sends alerts from time to time.
- Can be integrated with our email IDs.
We haven't had a proper benchmarking done. We might consider looking at other options, but this thing is deeply integrated into our platform, so not anytime soon.
