Overall Satisfaction with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite
It is used by the Process Improvement team and the Project management team to build different types of charts, including process charts, to increase the comprehension of complex procedures, and in the improvement of current processes.
- Building charts from scratch
- The choice of templates
- The ease of transfer from Lucidchart to a number of types of files (PDF, PENG, etc.)
- The format of the text is not very user-friendly
- The colors available for the boxes (format)
- Being able to open a chart and work on it directly from Teams (which I cannot do now)
- Improved performance
The fact that I can access Lucidchart through Teams facilitates the access. Yet, I cannot work on an active project while in Teams, and it requires that I open Lucidchart in Chrome, which I don't like.
I have not used the collaboration in real-time option because I find the system needs some improvement for intuitive.
