Overall Satisfaction with LumApps

We created a unified intranet using LumApps. We needed a platform that would work with Google and could replace SharePoint.

  • Flexibility with moving pages or sites around
  • Permissions and roles
  • We are able to move completely off SharePoint
  • One central location for all employees saves so much time
There is a bit of a learning curve, especially moving from SharePoint or Google Sites. For site administrators, moving sites or pages within the site structure is cumbersome. End users can easily find what they need within the platform.
Integrates with Google perfectly, which is what we needed.

LumApps is a great place for news and sharing company-wide updates. It's less suited for spinning up quick project team sites that will not be needed long term.
