Overall Satisfaction with Luminate

We use the multi-center version of Luminate Online nationwide for our entire organization. We use it to manage all email communications, peer to peer fundraising events, advocacy, and online fundraising.

Luminate Online replaced an in-house option.
TeamRaiser is built specifically for peer to peer fundraising. Best in class. Social network integration is good, but think it will get better soon. Advocacy management is built and performs well. Email communication is great and is easy for novice users with Luminate Express. Great audience segmentation capabilities.

Using Luminate

There are different modules within Luminate Online and the UI and process flow is inconsistent across modules, making teaching it to new users more difficult. I know they have plans on correcting this in upcoming editions, but for now, it's inconsistent.
