Overall Satisfaction with Lusha

We are using Lusha to find contact information on prospects from all over North America. It is being used by the Sales department, but exclusively with the Business Development team. There are plans to expand it to the Account Executives as well, but for now, the Business Development team is using it as a way to supplement contact info if it can't be found in other ways.

Pros

  • Finds phone numbers.
  • Finds e-mails.

Cons

  • Kind of expensive for what it does.
  • No integration into anything.
  • Accurate data leads to more prospects being reached.
  • Booking more meetings with correct data.
I think Lusha is more accurate in terms of the data that it pulls. I've used ZoomInfo in the past and found that a lot of their information was either old, incorrect or just wrong, but with Lusha, I can't say I've come across any of that yet so far.
If you are having a hard time finding contact information for anybody at a specific company, all you need to do is have their name/LinkedIn page, and Lusha will be able to get you the information that you want. But if the contact doesn't have LinkedIn, which still happens, it's not going to be able to help you out.
