Overall Satisfaction

  • Clean and reliable server.
  • Integration with other popular systems.
  • APIs access.
  • UI can still be occasionally confusing.
  • Too easy to get logged out, but its understandable from security point of view.
  • Higher percentage of subscribers reached.
  • Higher open and click through rates.
  • Higher level of trust with subscribers.
I am very happy with it, so I do not see a reason to switch.

Evaluation and Selection

We switched from Interspire Email Marketer.
Campaign Monitor. I chose MailChimp because I am a power user and MailChimp is more suitable for this in my opinion.

Try to customize it as much as possible. Explore the APIs if you are a web developer.

If you are already familiar with other email marketing software and have enough HTML knowledge, you only need a short learning curve.

Support

Support is great, but not available 24H.
No - Not necessary as the product already has an extensive documentation and Knowledge Base.
