Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used the software in different capacities. Currently I use it to manage groups and organizations within my company. Mailchimp makes it easy to send out important email messages to groups, provide analytics on how effective these email messages are, and makes it easy to organize and design emails thanks to it's templates.

Mailchimp is an incredibly helpful and easy to use tool if you're just starting out with email marketing. What's provided in the free version is great for a small scale business. Given the functionality for no cost, it's hard to really complain.

All-in-One Marketing Platform

The biggest benefit has been overall email management, it's easy to push out or schedule a message to one of our groups or organizations and see how effective it is and how many users are really reading it.

Lessons for Success

Data analytics are keys to success, especially as we continue to evolve into a more digitial world. Simplifying our marketing and messaging into 1 tool was a game changer. We've had to learn how to best change our templates and messaging and timing, but that has improved thanks to the valuable information this software provides.

Likelihood to Recommend

If you're just starting out and want a good affordable email marketing tool Mailchimp is a great option that provides helpful analytics, templates, and overall email marketing management capabilities. That being said, as you grow, the free version will most likely no longer fit your needs and you'll need to upgrade to a paid version, which may be difficult depending on your financials.
