Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We are into the B2C business. We started using Mailchimp as an Email marketing tool, Later we realize it is not the correct tool for our business as other channels like SMS, Push and WhatsApp were missing. Integration with GTM and API is not available. Later we decided to go ahead with the omnichannel tool.

We cannot call MailChimp an All-in-one marketing tool. It does not support other channels like push notifications, WhatsApp, and SMS. Reporting and Analytics are very basic. Mailchimp really had to work hard bringing these features onboard.
My experience with MailChimp is not so good. Very soon I realize this tool is not fit for my business. But Mailchimp's ability to deliver Emails right into the Inbox is amazing.
