Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We use it to send our monthly newsletters, we also have some automated campaigns where someone wants to get a white paper and they sign up for it on Mailchimp.

- I find it hard to navigate
- The automation is fiddly
- The mailing list is difficult to navigate
- They used to be good then they changed to being really expensive
- I like that we can send surveys to clients quickly
- I don't get much value from the free version
- I think the paid version is too expensive for a small business

Managing lists in this system is much easier, you can see more about the person, but I do pay USD 280 per year for that.
I don't really integrate it.
No major success, it's just a tool we use to keep our candidate list separate from our employer list.
