Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We use Mailchimp a few times a year to send information to our customers. It works well, it is frustrating that the email sometimes lands in the spam folder but I'm not sure that can be helped.

Mailchimp has helped us easily notify our customers of our schedule. It helps us send contracts and service rates to different audiences depending on how large the system is that we service.
Using Mailchimp to send our service schedule to customers has helped us not have to double back to homes, which costs the company time and money.
