Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Mailchimp for our weekly marketing emails, automations for purchase behaviour and also transactional emails.
Mailchimp is super user friendly and great for small businesses who are starting up or already started but looking to grow their email channel.
Although we have been with Mailchimp for many years, we are starting to outgrow Mailchimp. They only thing that is holding us back to grow our automations further is the limitation of the "merge tags" offered.

But overall Mailchimp is great with it's platform, online help, live chat and inspirational tips too.

Mailchimp was great for us when we were a small business, their platform is easy to use, with a super-friendly drag-and-drop feature for when creating emails. Their support team is always helpful when you need them. We have used Mailchimp to its full potential.

But now we are outgrowing Mailchimp, just towards the automation side of things where we have limited merge tags.

If you are a small business or starting up then this platform is the right one to use, Mailchimp is a wonderful package that I would recommend to anyone.

Put all your bananas in one basket because Mailchimp will be the one for you.
