Overall Satisfaction with MailerLite
MailerLite is used by us to collect leads and send out our email newsletter to prospects and customers. We find it easy to use and affordable for email marketing, with plenty of automation features available to help us get the most out of our emails. We decided to go with MailerLite after trying the free account and seeing good reviews about its email deliverability. We send out weekly newsletters as well as occasional broadcasts to alert our subscribers of seasonal offers and important news about our business.

I've used many different email automation tools over the past decade. MailerLite has become one of my favorite tools in the past year as it keeps improving and expanding its features. I've used AWeber for over a decade (and continue to use it) and decided to try MailerLite to see how it compares. I like both and will be using both going forward. It's always good to spread your eggs over multiple baskets and to have a solid back-up for when things go wrong.

I didn't need premium support. I only used the standard support and I'm happy with it. I got timely responses and had my questions answered.
I had questions about tags/segmenting when I was preparing my new campaign. The support team explained things to me so that I could get started faster and stay on track. I got a fast response and got links to documentation and even some specific tips. Thanks a lot for caring about my results.
