Overall Satisfaction with MailerLite
As an indie author, it is important to not only stay in touch with my readers, but to build a relationship that will grow my readership and fan base. I generally put on two newsletters per month—one the first and third Tuesdays—and encourage response and interaction. MailerLite has been helpful in that I am not that tech savvy but have access to multiple training videos and great customer service, both of which I have made use. I very much appreciate their help and have recommended MailerLite to other authors.

The other company name that shall not be spoken had hidden fees and wasn't always upfront with clients and changed policies on a whim. I am totally team MailerLite now and have no plans of ever changing. And I've shared that with other author friends.
