Overall Satisfaction with Marketing Solutions by Criteo

We use Marketing Solutions by Criteo's platform for our eCommerce and marketing solutions to convert prospects into customers. It helps a lot in our lead generation efforts to optimize our content and targeting to turn prospective traffic into paying customers. We also use a lot of audience matching and retargeting to bring users back to our narrative in their journey.
  • It helps us to dynamically retarget users based on their past behaviors
  • Create and run display campaigns for lead generation
  • I like the summary of ad performance and reporting
  • I think if they had a free trial option, we would be able to better evaluate our need before signing up.
  • I wish there were more targeting features other than retargeting. Would love to target based on interests.
  • Video features are limited. Would love to see new products here.
  • One way that I use the platform and has benefited in ROI is running more than a conversion based campaign. Where we retarget users to go in store to perform the conversion.

  • Reporting through clear dashboards has helped see a better picture and optimize for better ROI.
I feel there could be a better support library and best practices that provide benchmarks and industry best practices. I also feel there is not enough support in terms of new product announcements and future road maps. This can help marketers use the tool's various features and be more productive.
I feel because the design is so easy to understand and get started, I have found it extremely valuable to onboard new team members and run new ad campaigns for our different marketing objectives. I feel the simplicity of the dashboard and the features it covers have made a positive impact on our lead time.
I feel Criteo had a much better tech stack and features all in one to do a wide range of things in terms of marketing ad campaigns. Also because it is a dedicated tool with a one-track focus, we found it to be a better fit for our needs at this time.

I feel this is a great tool in terms of ease of use and user experience. The platform makes it easy to set up campaigns and report on performance. I feel targeting features can be more evolved outside of dynamic retargeting. But this is a great tool for certain verticals getting started.
