Overall Satisfaction with Marketo Web Personalization (Marketo RTP)

We use Marketo Web Personalization for dynamic banner ads, that showcase content based on user-specific data that they've provided.

Cons

  • Simplifying UX
  • Simplifying configuration
  • Personalization capabilities no other software could offer on a complex web architecture
  • No code needed for use and maintenance once properly installed
It is complex to set up and maintain and not intuitive.
Marketo Web Personalization has better and more flexible personalization options than Acquia Lift.

Marketo Web Personalization is very flexible in terms of applying it to various scenarios and very complex website architectures. Where it falls short is making this much easier to both configure and maintain. The personalization features are good but not exceptional.
