Overall Satisfaction with Mattermost
We use this as a messenger solution in our on-prem air gapped networks. This product was very simple to install compared to other solutions we have tried. We are not able to connect to the internet so finding an air gapped and supported product has been very difficult. Luckily this product has hooks for Jira and Jenkins and other product our developers like to use. From an administration standpoint, this product has not given us as many headaches as others we have tried to implement. It's simple to maintain and our users like it so we hope we have finally found a long term non internet connected solution!

we think it has been great.
- Skype for Business and now part of Microsoft Teams
We cannot connect to the internet so Skype/teams is not a possible solution.
