Overall Satisfaction with MediaRadar
As a sales enablement tool. We wanted a targeted contact database for our Sales team to leverage in their outbound efforts.
- They sold us well.
- Data is mostly invalid and out of date. We had to look for a new solution.
- Customer service is terrible.
- Their legal team is aggressive and borderline abusive.
- Zero ROI
- Stressful communications dealing with their under trained team.
MediaRadar does not stack up well against them, hence why we canceled our contract (which was a nightmare in and of itself).
