Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 is used as an email solution. It is all in one package for an organization like us. We are using Microsoft Teams for day to day online meeting withing organization and outside organization communication purpose. Along with email solution we got O365 office apps solution. So it will be useful for all the office apps like excel, word etc.

  • Sometimes we face challenges in One drive synchronization
  • Third party apps integration has scope
  • Stable VC over Teams
  • Email search is tedious job.. need to impove
  • 100 % positive impact as its complete package for email solution
  • Infrastructure not needed for storage as its cloud based
  • Mostly security it provides multi factor authentication
Ease of use is best for Microsoft 365 solution. Apps along with solution are also easy to use and understand. for Security purpose its very good since it provide multi factor authentication for end users as well as admins. Data is securely store on cloud hence easily available always. Outlook integration with emails provide good access to emails.
Microsofts teams is far better than Google Meet application. It is easy to use. Better voice and video quality on teams application. Seamlessly it will work for online meetings. Mobile app is also very good.

We have complete email solution of Microsoft 365. As per plans they provide the storage options for email. It is cloud based solution hence taking backup of old emails is not necessary now. End users find it very nice and smooth functionality for email usage. Day to day video conferencing meetings are scheduled on Teams apps. One drive solution for backup and storage. Sometimes one drive sync problem otherwise it will be best solution.
