[Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)] is being used by our entire organization. It alleviates us worrying about backups, upgrades, and maintenance.
- It provides consistent updates
- It provides a lot of tools in 1 bundle
- Microsoft 365 makes adding new users easy.
- Uptime is an issue. There have been multiple outages
- It is hard to get features added
- The amount of updates and changes is overwhelming to keep up with
