Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) is being used across the entire organization. We use email, excel, word, powerpoint, teams, and onedrive. IT addresses the most basic to most complicated business problems. We can send a simple email, chat and share our screen with teams, or share files securely with onedrive.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) is well suited for virtually anything you need to do across the business. Need to send an email? Need to export some data into a spreadsheet? Need to chat with a colleague in a different country? All that and more can be done with 365. Not many scenarios where it's less appropriate.
