Currently our organization is using Microsoft 365 [(formerly Office 365)] for the entire company and all users.
[Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)] has improved the efficiency and productivity of workers, as well as [combine] the use of licenses in a single package and giving more benefits to all, as well as the use of collaborative tools.

  • Collaborative work
  • Supervision of users and their tasks
  • More efficient and effective email security
  • Ease of being able to enter from any device
  • Improve your anti spam system
  • Could improve notifications for end users of quarantined emails
  • It would be good if they implement the recovery of emails sent accidentally
  • Increase the retention of deleted mailboxes as well as logs in general
  • The security policies for the mail
  • The DLP system to detect information leaks
  • The teams chat system is the best tool of all
  • The use of systems for collaborative work
  • The administration of the accounts is very easy

[Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)] has much more experience when it comes to handling emails, while offering a much broader portfolio of systems for collaborative work, this directly impacts the efficiency and productivity of users. In the same way, it integrates many security improvements that gmail does not have. This added to the use of [Microsoft 365] in the cloud to consolidate the licensing costs a big difference when choosing a system like this.

[Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)] is suitable in all scenarios, as long as they have internet access, as it provides many facilities[.] [It] is so good that there are departments or entire areas within the bank that depend on this system and make use of all the functions and features. Even at the security level it has many functions that makes it extremely strong.
