Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Microsoft 365 is used company wide. It is our go to program.
- Excel Reports
- Office letters and Correspondence
- All Email
- General Company Forms & Templets
- Some of the advanced features can be hard to access or find
- Spacing of text in Word can be tricky. Won't let you edit.
- In Outlook; labeling a spam email as "junk" does not stop the sender from sending. Fills up the junk folder.
- Outlook by far is most important for communication within the company. We have stores all over the country, and this is very much needed.
- Excel is second important for running payroll reports.
- We appreciate the hand in hand relationship Office has with Adobe PDFs
- Since my hiring in 2019, I have brought the use of Excel into the payroll almost exclusively. Excel lets me insert formulas that are different for each line. It lets me sort from Alphabetical to Depts with ease. Saves time and money by not missing any pay, which in turn would result in added expense in wiring wages.
- I appreciate the fact I can save a Word file into a PDF for a more permanent form.
- Outlook is reliable. This program is also used on my personal computer at home. In fact all of Office is.
