Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)

We use this primarily for email and other pieces of collaboration. It is strong in reliability and helps with communication. We have been able to do so many things with this including sharing documents and applications across many different types of devices. It is one of my favorite tools for the organization.

I would recommend this hands down, it's the best of breed. If you need email to be In the cloud, this is the way to go. If you need shared storage and documents, this answers the bell and answers it well. This by far has the fewest number of shortcomings.
