Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
We were using Office 365 but upgraded to Microsoft 365 when it became available. We use the standard options like Powerpoint, Word, and Excel on a daily basis for all sorts of things. We take advantage of using mobile apps as well. We are a construction company and it is convenient that we can push documents to our field crew seamlessly.

- Great service for the price point.
- Cloud storage.
- Overall, there aren't really any problems we have with Microsoft 365.
- There may be one or two things in a software but nothing that isn't manageable.

- We make back our money on Microsoft 365 weeks after we've paid for it.
- We use it in every aspect of our business from billing to project management.
- It is compatible with almost every other software on the market and that makes it easy to do business with others.
I have apple products at home and they work well for what we use them for but the problem is not all products work with Mac products. My main design software will export file formats that are 100% compatible with Microsoft but not Mac. This plays a huge role in deciding what equipment and software we purchase.
