Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Exchange

Across entire organization for communication on and off site
  • Very easy to access off-site.
  • Intuitive to use.
  • Efficient in contacting multiple respondents.
  • Can be confusing if you're not used to it: I am.
  • Could have priority marks next to the email header.
  • For new users: could be easier to set up multiple recipients.
  • I like that it remembers frequent recipients as personally I only use it a couple of times a week now when I am on site
  • Very useful to store more personal information about associates
I don't select business software, I just use whatever the organization installs. I've been using MS Exchange for about 15 years at different businesses; I can only say that it is a relief that software is familiar when going to a new site. I am quite satisfied with it
