Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Exchange

We use this company-wide for email. Previously, we also used it along with Lync 2013 for our unified communications. We had it paired with desk phones and integrated into Lync for IM. It's always been a very reliable email program. I can't recall ever running into any significant issues after applying service packs or CUs.

Probably the best bet for medium-sized businesses or larger. I don't feel it would be a good investment for smaller companies. There are good cloud solutions out there that would require a lot less initial investment in hardware and staff than getting set up with on-prem exchange infrastructure.
