Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Office 365
It is the basis of our company from Word, to Excel, to PowerPoint and mail. It also allows us to connect with each other and sync calendars without issues (so far). The biggest issue is communication on timing, as well as having the same version of the software used across our business.
- Connectivity between accounts. Accessibility across platforms (Mac & PC) when working from home or in the office.
- Ability to work while offline and sync up once connected again.
- Universal acceptance and integration with the main programs we use, that a majority of consumers utilize, reduces the need for reformatting.
- The main area for improvement is remembering/history of Excel & Word -> working on these apps over a period of time without shutting down your computer ~ 3-5days, the apps lose their ability to remember the last few days of documents, and in some cases, no history remains.
- ROI with 365 has been great. It gives us the ability to create and present PowerPoint slides. Going to a meeting with just a USB key makes things easier to work on. This alone allows the implementation of "our" product to be shared and not require us to lug along computer equipment.
Google Suite has been used, though the issues are with compatibility when sending documents to customers. This results in re-sends with corrected data or customers that are unimpressed. These issues were common, and by switching to 365, we have all but eliminated these main issues.
