Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Office 365

Microsoft Office 365 is used company-wide. Office desktop wasn't the best solution in these times where remote & mobile working is common and requested. Office 365 and it's mobile and cloud solutions solved these issues. Now, every employee across the whole company can access Office applications and files from their mobile phone or any PC/laptop. Communication and efficiency definitely improved, as files are available and able to be modified by anyone with access rights.

Office 365 is, in my opinion, competing with Microsoft Office older versions. There's no other set of applications as complete as Office. Google Docs may compete in certain ways, but Office 365 stacks up against competitors because it offers a wide range of solutions in one place. There's no need for separate programs, solutions, and subscriptions, everything you need is there, in one place.
Microsoft's support and its peer community are wide and fruitful. Support may come in different ways, but there's always a way that your issue will be solved. You may discuss with support, search in Microsoft's forum, or even ask the community in Microsoft official channels. One way or the other, there's someone available for assisting you.

Office 365 is definitely well suited both for work and personal use. After its deployment in the whole company, employees can also benefit from this set of applications for personal use as well. In the work environment, Office 365 helped with file administration and communication within departments, implicating users in the responsible use of data.
