Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow)
1) Automate and implement several workflows spanning multiple business needs in sales, supply chain, finance, procurement, HR 2) Linked together with RPA tool to implement specific apps to reduce manual, repetitive work in business operations in sales, procurement 3) Created an employee portal as a central access point for all employees for all kind of workflows and related apps that an employee needs to access based on their profile. This has solved several productivity issues as before employees used to access multiple platforms to perform their daily work. This is a useful productivity enhancer.

- Only 250 actions per workflow is limiting for complex workflows.
- Forms customization is not possible - need to combine with Power Apps.
- Difficult to implement very complex business scenarios.
- Can be sometimes limiting when implementing integrations / data access to other non Microsoft platforms/systems. This needs attention as its a major issue sometimes.
- Workflows with complex logic are difficult to implement and may require look at additional and more advanced workflow platforms which challenges the investment in Power Automate.

- Citizen developers are able to build small workflow solutions very rapidly that is very efficient and has high cost and efficiency gains by cutting down long running manual tasks.
- Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism Cloud
Quite competing products but since we had a Microsoft strategy, Power Automate was the preferred choice. Simple workflows that can also be built by citizen developers or end users in business has been one of the most important points in favour of Microsoft Power Automate. Also, employee portal has been well appreciated by the business.
