[Microsoft Power BI] makes analytics and insights very fast to produce and customize according to the clients needs. It can old data from multiple sources and present it through various forms such as graphs charts maps and tables. Filtering is easier than excel and even clients with no technical experience can manipulate the data and self serve their individual data requests.

Microsoft are very fast to reply to any queries and if the query is hard to implement they provide resources to help you and facilitate solutions to problems. Also, there is a lot of online material to self-serve any bugs or errors you might have to deal with - even if the IDE of [Microsoft Power BI] is already very helpful and user friendly.

If a certain company is already using Microsoft cloud services, [Microsoft Power BI] is a life saver. It is extremely easy to load data sources from Azure and then the simple data manipulations provide very insightful charts. However for very complicated manipulations it can be quite slow - in this case the automatic background data refresh is necessary.
