Microsoft Teams is used across our organization for quick daily communication. It's easy to schedule calls, meetings, etc., and easily integrates with various calendars for outside organizations as we schedule meetings.

Microsoft teams is generally an easy program to operate. I would recommend it to most businesses and organizations looking to streamline communication. It is simple to communicate through the chat feature or jump on a quick call with someone in your network. Though some businesses may require a more secure network (I am not sure of the specifics with MT) its a no-brainer to include this in your suite of applications.
