Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
We use Microsoft teams as a means to exchange on projects with partners, mostly on a day to day basis. The Meetings feature is what we use the most for groups of 4 to 6 on average. Its great to interact with voice and video directly form the app on a mobile or laptop, or through a web browser when i am using a desk PC at one of our branches.
- scheduling meetings
- exchanging ideas on projects
- video calls
- connecting to meetings from mobile devices
- call back feature when driving
- lack of flexibility on screen layouts
- Platform Agnostic
- Microsoft look and feel - easy
- integrated to O365
- a platform for video meetings for everyone
- keeping track of projects with outside parners
- having to master multiple platforms internally is challenging
we actually use both Webex and Microsoft teams. Internally, we mostly work with Webex, but we have multiple clients with which we need to exchange on a project basis, and they use Teams . Therefore we leverage our business licensing with Microsoft and enabled Teams for our users. It works pretty well for Video meetings as well as Grop Chats and file sharing. Where it may fall a bit short versus Webex, is on the features and innovation.
